big beet is a percussive quintet blending jazz, caribbean, brazilian, and afro-latin rhythms into a danceable, unified groove. anchored by drummer ben zweig and nyc’s global music scene, their electrified sound fuses collective improvisation with rich cultural influences. drum set is flanked by percussionists, keyboards, and bass, featuring the rhythm in the foreground as they create music for the body and soul.
